It can be frustrating when you are out photographing, when your camera is constantly hitting your chest. The Stealth Gear Extreme Photographers Smock features a large anti-shock padded pocket at the front, protecting not only the camera and lens, but also your chest. The padding can be removed when not needed and the pocket is floating, which means the waist and hip straps of your camera backpack can go behind the pocket, giving you more support.
Along with this main pocket, this handy photographer’s jacket has a number of smaller pockets including an expandable padded lens pocket. It also includes padding on the shoulders and elbows with anti-slip camera strap grips on both sides to avoid your camera strap falling down, a detachable light shade hood to keep strong sunlight out and an insect repellent mesh face net to keep away those annoying pests.
The jacket also features a large rear pocket, comfortable mesh lining, zipped side panels and under arm vents to keep you fresh and cool all day long. The outside of the jacket is made from 100 per cent polyester micro suede which is DuPont Teflon treated to repel dirt, water marks and unwanted stains with TPU lamination and 24-hour breath ability. It is a beautiful forest green colour to help you blend into your surroundings, and all pockets are fully waterproof to keep your equipment safe. The suit costs £199.99 and will be available to buy in July 2010 – just in time for the summer!
